Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all IT services provided by Alexej Weber (WeberComputerHilfe) to private customers. Deviating terms of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Services
The scope of services is agreed individually per order. Verbal agreements require written confirmation to be legally binding. Services are provided on-site, remotely or in a combination of both.
3. Prices & Payment
- All prices stated are final prices including German VAT (as applicable under the small business regulation § 19 UStG).
- Hourly rates are billed in 30-minute increments.
- Travel costs: free within 10 km, €0.30 per km thereafter.
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be charged at 50% of the agreed rate. Remote support sessions cancelled at short notice will not be charged.
5. Liability
Services are carried out with the utmost care. However, liability for data loss is excluded unless gross negligence or intentional misconduct can be demonstrated. Customers are advised to create data backups before any work is carried out.
6. Data Protection
Personal data provided during the service relationship is processed exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and is not passed on to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Warranty
If a service does not produce the expected result, we will attempt to remedy the situation free of charge within a reasonable period. Further warranty claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Wentorf bei Hamburg, Germany.
9. Dispute Resolution
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
